1. No display when powered on

Check whether there is any error in the wiring of aviation plug; if the power is on or off or the power supply is unstable, it will not be displayed suddenly, which may be the damage of internal voltage stabilizing module.

Solution: return to the manufacturer for maintenance.

2. No change when add pressure

Confirm whether there is pressure in use, but it is not added to the pressure detection port of the pressure switch.
Solution: connect the pressure to the port of pressure switches.

Under the condition of adding pressure, press the key to enter the interior to check the zero value. Generally, the value is about 3700 when the pressure is full range, about 1700 when the pressure is half, and about 300 when there is no pressure. If it is within the normal range, it may be caused by human error operation of the zero value, and the zero value is cleared under the condition of adding pressure.

Solution:: reset the zero value under the condition of no pressure.

If the value is not within these ranges, the sensor should be damaged. Solution: return to the manufacturer for maintenance.

3. No response when press key

Check whether the key is too high on the panel button.

Solution: uncover the panel, and use the blade to cut the soft glue on the key to be even with the panel.

Press the button and there is a sound, but the panel does not display the display of relevant key operation. The key should be damaged. Solution: return to the manufacturer for maintenance.

No sound can be heard when pressing the key. The fault is that the key is too low. It may be that the soft glue on the key is damaged.

Treatment: remove the panel, click some hot-melt glue or other glue on the button, if not, return to the manufacturer for maintenance.

4. Relay does not operate switch

Check whether the action point is set correctly, and whether the return difference value is set (generally, the return difference value is set to 0); listen to whether the relay has the sound of closing.
