Flow Switch with Explosion Proof or Anti Corrosion function, it will be easy work. but if need a flow switch with both Explosion Proof and Anti Corrosion function, it will be a difficult work.

if a flow switch with Explosion Proof function, the shell of the electronic switch is always a metal material, it is not difficult to design a anti explosion flow switch.

if a flow switch need corrosion resistant function, most of the material is stainless steel and plastic, but stainless steel will not have a good performance, if the liquid have a strong corrosive capacity, so, plastic will be the best choice, e.g. PTFE Teflon flow switch, as the below.

if a flow switch, which need both anti Explosion and anti Corrosion, it will be a difficult work, because a plastic shell could not be designed as Explosion proof shell, it will be easy destroyed....so, how to design a stable flow switch with both explosion proof and anti corrosion function?

we could customized this products as the requirement of client, the wetted part will be plastic, but the electronic part will have a metal shell, sealed by glue, isolate the electronic switch from the gas or air or liquid, it will be a very stable design

This product will have ATEX certificate,  it could work for Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2. zones 20, 21 and 22
